Do you have a minimum order quantity?
You are welcome to order anything from 1 cookie to 1 million! However our minimum order charge is £72 (excluding delivery). Our factory produces over 8000 cookies per hour so short runs of under 300 cookies will incur a minimum order charge of £72.
How long will I wait for my order?
Most orders are shipped within 5 working days, however if you have a tight deadline please feel free to ring us free on 0800 310 1560 and discuss your urgent requirements and we will do our very best help.
How many different messages can I put inside my cookies?
You can have upto five personalised messages in your batch of cookies. Be creative, witty or thought provoking when creating your messages. Some of our customers have even used the messages to hide secret 'winner' tickets to create even more of a buzz at an event! See opposite for some creative ideas past customers have used in their fortune cookies. Don't forget, to add extra impact you can put your company logo on (space permitting) each message.
Can I print both sides of the cookie insert?
Yes, our fortune cookie inserts can be branded on both sides. For your convenience we can arrange for Chinese fortune messages to be placed on one side, leaving the reverse for your own message/logo.
Can I brand the outer foil wrapper?
Yes we can brand the outer foil wrapping, however there is a minimum order quantity of 75,000. This is due to the cost of printing not being viable on smaller quantities. For details of pricing for branding the foil wrapper please download our 2006 price list matrix.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
The fortune cookies are foil wrapped for freshness. They have a shelf life of approximately 9 months. They are best stored in a cool and damp free environment.
Are the cookies GM free?
Yes the cookies are GM free and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. They contain NO artifical colours, preservatives, GM or animal products and are nut free.
What ingredients do you use for the fortune cookies?
FLOUR(44.67%), WATER (33.92%), SUGAR (20.58%), VEGETABLE OIL (0.56%), LECITHIN (0.19%), RAISING AGENT: SODIUM BICARBONATE (0.08%)
Do you have a price list available to download?
Our price list is available to view online on the price list page with details of both branded and un-branded cookies. Alternatively you can download the price list in PDF format.
